List Of Vocational Courses at Delhi University

Delhi University offers various short term courses which add ups to student’s experience and CV. Duration of each course is about three months, and students will have to attend classes twice a week only and go on frequent field visits. These short-term courses come easy on your pocket.

Vocational Programs at Delhi University:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Tourism
  • Marketing Management and Retail Business
  • Materials Management
  • Management and Marketing of Insurance
  • Office Management and Secretarial Practice
  • Small and Medium Enterprise

Language courses:

  • Russian, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Bulgarian, Chinese and Japanese.

Eligibility for Certificate Courses at Delhi University:-

Candidates who have passed the Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with an aggregate of at least 45% marks are eligible to apply. Admission will be made in order of merit based on the degree/certificate in each of the following categories:

  • Post-graduate and above
  • Graduate
  • 10+2 pass.

Miranda House, Delhi University Radio Programs

It was recently, when Delhi University’s Miranda House became the first college in North Campus to launch its own community radio. However, radio programs by the college will be aired via Delhi University’s Community Radio on 90.4 FM.

Miranda House Community Radio has already aired two programs on college environment, which is run by the students.  Miranda House will be providing an add-on course in radio jockeying from the upcoming academic session, they decided to launch their own radio facility.

The students who opt for the add-on course will be given training in scripting, voice-over, and modulation, running different kinds of programs, and much more.  The course, which is likely to start from August, will have around 25 students in one batch and will be open to students from all colleges.

We will be updating the dates as and when the University brings out the tentative dates.
