“Mohabbat Ko Filters Mein Save Nahin Kiya Jaata, Use Bas Jiya Jata hai ! Meet The One Man Army| Yahya Bootwala

”There is something in us, as storytellers and as listeners to stories, that demands the redemptive act, that demands that what falls at least be offered the chance to be restored. The reader of today looks for this motion, and rightly so, but what he has forgotten is the cost of it. His sense of evil is diluted or lacking altogether, and so he has forgotten the price of restoration. When he reads a novel, he wants either his sense tormented or his spirits raised. He wants to be transported, instantly, either to mock damnation or a mock innocence.”

Today, In the House of Student Stories I have for you a Human who tells stories in a way that it transports you to another world right away. Yahya Bootwala is a young talented writer who got the spotlight from a video that went viral on all the social media platforms by his remarkable words which touched millions of hearts in the process. Yahya is a multi-talented personality who is exceptionally good in acting, storytelling and is best when it comes to Poetry. Spill Poetry gave him a platform to showcase his talent, that proved to be a turning point in his life. His hard work and determination is really commendable and this man is sure to reach great heights in the coming future

So, lets begin with his Story

Hey! Yahya, heartiest congratulations  first of all,  your video crossed 1 million views. We wish that you keep on gaining success throughout your life.

1.) Let’s start with a small introduction of yours, also you got a very nice and unique name. We would love to know what it means?

I think my best introduction would be “old school” and that should suffice as an answer. As far as my name is concerned, Yahya is a name of Prophet in Islam and this is where all jokes die. I have been always asked what does my name mean as people find it very unique and interesting but when I give them the unexpected answer they look at my face with a fascinated expression, just like you have on your face right now.

2.) You are an actor, writer, poet and a storyteller ! How do you manage all of them altogether?

Actually, I just wanted to be an Actor and while I was struggling for it, I discovered all my other multiple talents. Of course, first writing started for a livelihood but now I have a much deeper connect with it. It’s more than a source of income for me now, I enjoy my work and want to evolve with it in the near future.

3.) You are good at writing quotes also and you’ve crossed 1 Million views on your video. Would you mind quoting this achievement ?

“It’s just a number at the end of the day, what matters more are those comments and messages from the audience.” I never thought my video would create this huge buzz on social media and I am overwhelmed by all the amazing response I got. It’s really encouraging, when you get so much appreciation and positive response from the viewers. I am happy that people are actually so excited about the fresh work that I am doing.

4.) “A single Victory cannot make you win Battles.” So what are you coming up with in the near future?

Hahaha (laughs), no one really told me that this was a battle else I would have been more prepared. As far as future plans go, well I don’t have many of them right now. I am more of a “In the moment guy.” I have always been like this, living in the future and living it fully. I really don’t plan out much as my idea is simple that live in the present and the rest will be taken care of.

5.) Competition is almost in every field. What “Success Mantra” you are having for your life?

I believe my only competition today is what I can be tomorrow. So every day when I wake up, I just promise myself to be a little better and greater than I was yesterday. As far as my “Success Mantra” is considered, I just have one “Everything else is temporary, your dream is the only reality so chase it till the end.”
I believe in the power of my dreams and I am constantly working on mine, for all the dreamers out there, never think that your dreams are not good enough, everybody is different and so are there dreams.

6.) If you have to choose a career among all your Multi-Talents, which would you opt for and Why?

I would definitely choose acting as my career because as an actor I can be everything. Be it a romantic poet, a serious storyteller, a philosophical writer, I could literally be anything as an actor. This gives me he power to represent myself as a variety artist and I can let go of that from my hands.

7.) This success was a result of many failures in the past. What struggles have you faced in your life, to reach where you are now?

I somehow believe that struggles are very personal and I like to keep it that way. Of course I have seen defeats but then who hasn’t?  It’s all about how you find success in your many failures.  What I have conquered today is just a milestone, there is still  a damn long road to cover, so yes more struggles to come and more milestones to achieve.

8.) One “Shayari” for all our beloved readers out there.

“Kamyabi anth mein syaahee ka dhapa hai, farq itna hai ke kisiki halki toh kisiki gehri hai.” These words are really close to my heart as I always draw inspiration from them. I try to be as grateful to the Almighty, as he has always kept me going and growing.

With these magical and deep words we conclude our wonderful talk with Yahya Bootwala. It was a real pleasure having him here, uncovering so really uncovered aspects about his life.
