1. When did you start acting initially?

I can’t recall when was the exact time but, I started doing mimicry of celebrities initially and my uncle saw the talent of acting in me. Further, he enrolled me in acting school Sri Ram Center where I learned a lot of things. So, by far officially it has been 10 years in the industry of my work unofficially and 6 years officially.

2. How did you find Bollywood as a child actor?

Bollywood has a lot of categories. We as a child actor initially are not taken seriously. Our talent is at times neglected. Similarly, it took me almost five years to be seen as an actor and prove myself in this whole new world of glamour. People do categorize us like child actors, comic actors, action hero, actresses but all these words are just mere assumptions in this hierarchical ideology what exists here is only one-word “Actor” in its whole universality.

3. Do you have someone else in your family as well who is inclined towards acting?

No, it’s only me in the family who has evolved as an actor by now. Nobody has much interest in this field, however, I plan to make my family proud of myself.

4. What are your future plans?

I want to work in movies which makes a difference in the lives of the audience. I want my movies to be relatable in accordance with the daily life. As an actor, I want to continuously improve my skills. I have to be hard working throughout my life to achieve the fame and glamour we usually come across as I haven’t been born in any “filmy” background.

5. Best moment you have had so far in Bollywood?

The best moment for me so far has been the meeting with Mr. Amitabh Bachchan who is seen as an epitome of hard work, struggle and acting skills in the industry, can be put together in the theoretical term of “Legend”. The Icing on Cake was when I received the national award from him the legend himself.

6. Best actor according to you and Why you think so?

Everyone in the movie industry is best in their own ways. When we work with each other we gather experience, new skills and learn many more things from one another. Therefore, as an actor, I believe that everyone has the talent of an equal sort but different in their genre.

7. How was your experience of “I am Kalam”?

I am Kalam’ is too close to my heart, the director, producer, entire cast and my family had utmost belief in me which proved to be vital and fruitful in itself. Also, ‘I am Kalam’ is a masterpiece in itself, if I would not have been a part of it, still the movie would have captured the heart of everyone.

8. How has your life changed?

Life has not changed much, we actors too work hard like people in any other profession do. The only difference is we get recognized by other people for our work. I too get recognized by people and that is what overwhelms me when people appreciate my work.
