Wild Valley Resorts:
Wild Valley Mountain Bear Resort Cancellation Policy
- No matter when a reservation is canceled, a minimum fee of 3% of the entire package price is required to cover payment gateway/transaction fees. This fee applies regardless of when the reservation was made and when it was canceled.
- Below are the applicable cancellation fees in addition to transaction fees.
- 30% of the total package price will be charged as a cancellation fee if the cancellations are made 15 days prior to the check-in date.
- 50% of the total package price will be considered a cancellation fee if the cancellations are made 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
- 75% of the package price will be charged as a cancellation fee if cancellations are made between two and six days prior to the check-in date, and rescheduling will not be accepted.
- A 100% cancellation fee of the package price will be applied if cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date, and rescheduling will not be permitted.
- There will not be a refund or rescheduling in the event of a no-show.
- Cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted for bookings booked for any Special Events, such as “The New Year Event,” “Christmas,” or any festivals, etc.
Wild Valley Mountain Bear Resort Refund Policy
- The same payment method that was used to make the bookings will be used to receive any relevant refunds for cancellations.
- Refunds that are appropriate will be processed in 3 to 7 business days.
- Are pets allowed in the resort?
- Yes, Wild Valley Mountain Bear Resort is a pet-friendly resort but there are some guidelines that should be followed:
- Pets are not allowed on the beds
- You must carry your own pet food.
- Pets should be always with a guardian on a leash.
- Is the bar attached and Is outside liquor allowed?
- No, there is no bar attached, and you can bring the outside liquor but with the bill which must be shown in the reception.
