Shilhandra Resort Cancellation Policy
- Only if written notice of cancellation reaches the company 30 days ahead of the check-in date will the customer receive a full refund.
- 25% retention for cancellation 15 days prior to check-in
- 50% retention for cancellation 7 days prior to check-in
- When canceling within seven days of checking in, the full amount is retained.
- There will be NO REFUND if you arrive late, check out early, or don’t show up at all.
