Elim Resort Terma And Conditions

• The entire package advance must be paid at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must always be paid upon arrival.
• The resort strictly prohibits guests from bringing their own alcohol within.
• Swimming pool hours are strictly from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the pool’s dress code of synthetic shorts and a T-shirt (available for purchase at the pool reception) should be followed.
• Only the Resort Day Out package will be available from 8 am to 6 pm, and the Resort Night Out package from 3 pm to 11:30 pm.
• It is definitely forbidden for guests to use the pool when intoxicated.
• If a visitor engages in disorderly behavior, disturbs other visitors, or causes a nuisance, resort employees and management have the authority to discontinue providing them alcohol. If the behavior is beyond our control, guests may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
• The guest or group will have to pay for any damage to the facility and will be responsible for the related expenses.
• The management’s decision shall be binding on the client in the event of any disputes.

Elim Resort Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation up to three days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 0% of the total cost of the trip will be charged.
• If the cancellation is made 1 to 3 days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 0% of the total travel cost will be charged.
• If a cancellation is submitted between 0 and 1 day before the departure date, the full cost of the tour will be charged.
