10. Mango Mist Resort Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be granted if the cancellation is made 10 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- 25% of the total price will be taken off if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- The advance payment will not be reimbursed if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours to go before the scheduled check-in time.
- Charges for cancellations will be subtracted from the total.
- If the reservation is not used or is not canceled, no reimbursement is permitted.
- There will be no refund when the booking is delayed.
- Following check-in, refunds for canceled reservations will be automatically refunded to the guest account within 10 bank working days.
