 Thappalu Resort Cancellation Policy
Any booking cancellation will incur a minimum transaction fee. No matter the date of booking or cancellation, a fee of 3% of the total billing amount will be charged. In addition, the appropriate cancellation fees are listed below:
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days to go before the event incur a 30% fee.
- Cancellations are made with less than 72 hours’ notice of the event. 50% of the package price in charges.
- Cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice of the event. 100% of the bundle price is charged.
- There won’t be a refund or reschedule if you do not show up.
- Refunds will be processed in 2 working days based on the aforementioned criteria.
- Free rescheduling (up to seven days before the event)
- Customers can let us know if their plans need to alter so we can reschedule their reservations. Only seven days before the event date will any postponements be accepted without incurring any fees.
Thappalu Resort Refund Policy
- Any refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- The same payment method that was used to make the booking will be utilized to process the refund.
