- Booking in advance is required. A 25% down payment is required to confirm the reservation. Balance due in cash or on a credit card at check-in.
- During check-in, guests must have a valid Indian government ID (Aadhar, driving license, voter ID, or passport).
- The form of the declaration must be signed before arrival. Please carefully read the terms and conditions.
- Outside food and drink are forbidden.
- Children under 5 are free. Children aged 5 to 10 are charged at half the adult package rate.
- A swimming costume made of nylon or polyester is required. For day-trip visitors, towels won’t be offered.
RD’s Nature Retreat Resort Cancellation Policy:
- If a cancellation is made three days before the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 0% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- If a cancellation is made between one and three days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 40.0% of the total tour cost will be applied.
- If a cancellation is submitted between 0 and 1 day before the departure date, the full cost of the tour will be charged.
