6. Jungle Trailz Resort Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule confirmed reservations by sending an email or contacting the reservation service. Below are the Cancellation policies of the Jungle Trailz resort:
- 30% of the total package price will be regarded as a cancellation fee if the cancellations are made 12 days prior to the check-in date.
- 50% of the total package price will be considered a cancellation fee if the cancellations are made 7 to 11 days prior to the check-in date.
- 75% of the package price will be charged as a cancellation fee and rescheduling will not be possible if cancellations are made between two and six days prior to the check-in date.
- Rescheduling is not possible if cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date; 100% of the package price will be charged.
- There will not be a refund or rescheduling in the event of a no-show.
- Reservations booked for any Special Events, such as “The New Year Event,” “Christmas,” or for any festivals, etc., are not subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
- Any cancellation is subject to a minimum fee of 3% of the entire package cost for payment gateway/transaction fees.
7. Jungle Trailz Resort Rescheduling Policy
- Any reservation may only be rescheduled only once.
- The new check-in date must be planned within 90 days of the original one.
- Customers must pay the full amount of the package at the time of the rescheduling request.
- Reservations that have been postponed cannot be changed or canceled again.
- Free rescheduling is only allowed if done so prior to 7 days of the check-in date.
