  • 3 Cups milk powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp pistachios ( finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup ghee.

Recipe to Prepare

  • Mix 3 cups of milk powder with 1 cup of sugar and 1.5 cups of milk.
  • Whisk them without crumbs.
  • Transfer this mixture to a non-stick pan.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of ghee and stir well
  • Keep stirring till the mixture gets thick.
  • In 10 minutes, you will see the mixture getting nonsticky from the pan. It will get its own shape.

  • Transfer the mixture to a tray with baking paper.

Needed Ingredients :

  • 1 kg Apple (Tip: Always prefer sweeter apples so that you won’t need a lot of sugar. HEALTHY !!)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbs Cinnamon
  • Nuts of your choice.

Let’s cook:

  • Rinse 1 Kg of apple really well and strain it.
  • Peel each apple fully.
  • Now slice them and take off the seed part.
  • Then slice them into nice, small, tiny pieces. ( You will need 6 to 8 cups of sliced apple)
  • In a pan or Kadai, melt 2 tablespoons of ghee and add the finely chopped apples.
  • Mix it nicely with the ghee and let it cook under low flame.
  • Saute them for like a good 5 minutes while you see some apple cubes soften up.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of water and mix it with the apple base.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook for a solid 15 minutes on low flame.
  • Stir it at regular intervals.
  • Once the base gets unstuck from the pan, mash the cubes using a potato masher or spoon.
  • Add 5 tablespoons or the required amount of sugar.
  • Mix well till the sugar dissolves into the apple base.
  • Stir till you see the ghee you added on the top and sides of the pudding.
  • Now add one tablespoon of cinnamon powder and vanilla extract.
  • Add the nuts of your choice. 
  • Mix well and add sugar if needed.
  • Stir well for 3-5 minutes.
  • Turn off the stove.
  • Add half a tablespoon of ghee and some crushed nuts.
  • close the pan and let it sit for a while.

Required Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Sugar/Jaggery
  • 1 Cup purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
  • Ghee
  • Cooking Oil for Frying/Air Fry

Lets Cook:

  • Add 1/4 cup of sugar in a saucepan or powdered jaggery and melt it by adding 1/4 cup of water.
  • Next, add 2 & 1/2 cups of ghee to the saucepan and let it cook on low flame until sugar melts.
  • After the jaggery/sugar has melted down take it down from the flame and let it cool.
  • Now add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 cardamom powder into a mixing bowl.
  • Take the syrup and start to add and mix gently with flour and try to make a dough.
  • Knead the dough until it’s soft and there are no lumps, if using wheat flour you might need a little amount of water.
  • Now divide the dough into parts and start rolling it like a chapati.
  • Use a knife/pizza cutter and start to cut it to the required shape, you can make straight lines and cut it as a diamond.
  • Separate the dough bites and let it rest. Before taking a deep fry pan and add oil/you can use an air fryer.
  • Now take the cut pieces and start to fry them once they are golden brown take them out gently and place them on a tissue paper.
