The Bedouin have known of the curative powers of Camel milk for thousands of years. The Bedouin traditionally used camel fat and milk to protect themselves from the sun. Rosemary has a clear herbal scent with a woody note, which is a bit of Pine and bit of Eucalyptus. Rosemary has been used for centuries for the healing of wounds and burns and is superb for dry skin and scalps. Rosemary has a pronounced action on the brain and the central nervous system and is wonderful for clearing the mind and mental awareness, while having excellent brain stimulant properties, as well as improving memory. It helps with headaches, migraines, neuralgia, mental fatigue and nervous exhaustion and has an antiseptic action. On the skin, it helps to ease congestion, puffiness and swelling and can also be used for acne, dermatitis and eczema. In our Luxury Soap, Rosemary is blended with Peppermint. Clean and fresh, Peppermint has antiseptic and insect repellant properties. Peppermint oil is great for mental fatigue and depression, refreshing the spirit and stimulating mental agility and improving concentration. On the skin, Peppermint oil is used to relieve skin irritation and itchiness and also helps to reduce skin redness, where inflammation is present. Combined with Rosemary, our soap provides an invigorating washing experience second to none.
