Covered in Warranty	1) Ottomate Fan Carry a repair warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty validity is 2 years from the date of purchase on electromechanical parts and 1 year on PCBA and other electronic Components. 2) Ottomate international pvt ltd shall be liable to the maximum extent up to the price charged for the fan , and shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damage. 3) The defective fan will be repaired within the warranty period , subject to the warranty being registered with the company and Customer being in possession of the original purchase invoice.

Not Covered in Warranty	1) Warranty shall not apply in case the damage to motor winding is due to power supply thru inverter/generator. 2) In the case of smart BLDC or Fan with PCBA , the regulator must be bypassed at the time of installation. Warranty will become void if any damage to the Fan and it's components , in case the regulator is not bypassed at the time of installation. 3) Warranty will not be applicable incase Fan is opened , attempted repair by any one except our service centers. 4) The warranty does not cover acessories , external to the product. 5) Surface coating , Body asthetic Parts , plastic Parts , rubber/nylon parts , cord wire , push buttons and other non functional components will not be covered under warranty unless they have any manufacturing defects. 6) Warranty is not applicable on Electroplated finish.
