To redeem on Cleartrip Mobile App:

To redeem this gift card enter the (16 digit) gift card number and (6 digit) PIN before making the payment. Click on "Make Payment" and Pay the Balance amount (if any) using other payment modes listed.
Only 1 gift card can be used in a single transaction.
Valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

This Gift card is valid only for bookings made on Cleartrip mobile app for Activities, Eat Out, Fitness and Events.
This gift cards cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live cleartrip.com including cashbacks, discounts etc. on a particular credit/debit card.
Any balance amount left on the used gift card can be reused within the validity period.
Cleartrip is not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
The gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded, revalidated or exchanged for cash.
Convenience Fee will be applicable for all gift card bookings (as how it's applicable for any payment method).
Cleartrip reserves the right to deny accepting any gift card if it suspects that there is duplicity of gift cards.
Products and services are subject to availability.
In no event the liability of Cleartrip for any claims arising under this offer shall exceed the value of the gift card.

Cancellations & Refunds:

In case of any cancellation of bookings purchased using the gift cards within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the card used at the time of booking. Save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the defined policy by the suppliers.
In case the gift card validity has expired, then there will be no refund processed for the amount paid by the gift card.

How to Redeem the Cleartrip Local E-Gift Card/Voucher?

Follow the steps to do redemption in the Cleartrip App.

1. Before making the payment enter the 16 digit E-Gift card number and 6 digit PIN number.
2. Pay the extra balance amount of the bill by clicking on "Make Payment", use any other payment modes.
3. You can use only one E-Gift Card, in a single transaction.
4. If there is any balance amount in the E-Gift Card, redeem it before the validity is over.

Using the Cleartrip Local E-Gift Card/Voucher Card you can only book for Activities, Eat Out, Fitness and Events in the Cleartrip Mobile App. Clubbing the E-Gift Card with any other live offer or deal in the Cleartrip.com is not possible.

Validity of the Cleartrip Local E-Gift Card/Voucher?

Validity is a very important factor when it comes to the redemption of an E-Gift Card. Once the E-Gift Card expires, then you cannot redeem it. The E-Gift Card is valid for a 6 months period. Validity starts from the date you purchase it. E-Gift Card is only valid to make bookings in the Cleartrip Mobile App. The balance amount in the E-Gift Card can be redeemed later also before it expires.

Cancellation of the Cleartrip Local E-Gift Card/Voucher?

1. If you cancel any bookings made using the E-Gift Card within its validity period, you will get the refund.
2. The refund will be credited to the E-Gift Card used for booking.
3. Save your E-Gift card pin to reuse it again because there won't be any resetting of the pin.
4. If there is any supplier policy, then cancellation will be charged.
5. During the cancellation, if the E-Gift Card has expired, then no refund of the gift card amount will be issued.
