Meeting Point – Dombivli east (Near joshi high School, location will be shared in watsapp group also)

Transportation Dombivli to Dombivli
Barbecue 1set amongst 10people
Changing tent ( participants can change cloths in it )
Activities like – archery , badminton, volleyball (will be arranged by organisors), cricket set (has to be brought by participants if they want)
10.30am - gather at meeting point.(be on time or miss the event)
11.00am - leave via private vehical to camping spot
13.30pm - stop at onroad dhaba for lunch (participants have to bear own expenses of lunch or can carry lunch as well)
16.30pm - reach camping location , enjoy beside lakes (participants can swim in the lake on there own risk)
17.30pm - tent picthing session , participants will be alloted tents , enjoy the evening., sunset.
20.30 pm - dinner will be served ( note - veg / non veg food has to be specified before hand , local village food will be served)
22.30 pm - camp fire set up will be made.
24.00 - celebrate new year
08.00 am - have breakfast
09.00 am - leave for the city
by afternoon we shall be in city .

Extra pair of cloths (towels as well if you are planning to go in the lake)
Toiletaries (tissues,soap,facewash etc)
Proper bag to carry things
Snacks as per participants requirement
Food for barbecue (dinner will be provided in the fees but barbque food to be carried by participants )
