Detailed Programme

Day 1

Meet at the pick-up point by 9AM to board the bus till Diveagar (Type B & D Tickets). Stop for Lunch mid-way (at own expense). For those reaching the campsite directly, leave by latest 10 am in order to drive comfortably & reach the campsite before sunset. Reach the campsite and settle your belongings inside the allocated tents. Post which take a walk to the beach.

Get ready to see the enigmatic sun set on the virgin beach of Diveagar. Enjoy the last strips of sun falling upon the water on the last day of the year. Enjoy hot snacks and chai right at the beach.

Once its dark, get back to the campsite & get into celebration made as you groove to ambient music & prepare for a DIY Bar-Be-Que sesh.

While we wrap the bar-be-que pits, roll up your sleeves and prepare a campfire. Around the campfire, sing along to an acoustic jam session while counting the many stars visible from the campsite.

Some say “life is always better around a campfire”, and it holds true as far we know. Get smitten by the beauty of the lovely place. Lie on the sandy campground under a sky full of stars surrounded by nothing but the sound of splashing waves.

Any celebration would be left incomplete if there’s no mention of delicious food. For dinner, dig in and enjoy authentic Maharashtrian style cooked food, enough to satiate your spirits.

All we need in life is a little hope, a cove we can call home and an appetite for both love and a lot of food.

As the clock strike 12, let us head to the beach once again. As the waves surface to touch our existence, let us unwind, greet and wish each other a very happy new year.

Let us welcome the new day of the New Year with a whole lot of buzz. The New Year celebration won’t just end here; we also have a little surprise activity planned for you all at the beach. Be ready with your cameras.

Bid each other good night and settle for a peaceful night’s sleep inside the cosy tents. Get the real feel of the New Year as the weather grows cold and breezy.

Day 2

Wake up to the winter morning sun and the sound of crashing waves. Take a long stroll at the beach or sit beside the tent and savour the many beauties of the surrounding nature.

Enjoy a wholesome breakfast with hot masala chai at the campsite.

Post breakfast, let us all get together to clean the camp site and pack all our necessary gears and tents. A wise man once said, “Take home only memories, leave behind only footprints”!

After we are all packed, join us for a dance under the artificial rain shower located at the property. Wash away all the weariness and jive along as the speakers seamlessly segues from one song to another.

After the soul rejuvenation, get set for the road trip back home.

At noon, our spectacular New Year Celebration comes to an end; let us all bid each other goodbye and with heavy hearts let us depart for our respective destinations.

For the ones boarding the bus with us, would still have a few hours of time to enjoy the Road Trip back home.

• You ("The user") understands that there are inherent risks of the services which may or may not be directly provided by Carvan Trips ("Us"/ "The Company"/ "We") in which the user may engage.
• The user confirms that they are physically and mentally capable of availing the service.
• The users' participation is voluntary and the user shall under no circumstance hold Carvan Trips responsible for any injury, accidents, death, illness or damage to or loss of personal property as the result of any incident or accident that may occur during the period of service.
• The conduct and behaviour of the user should not cause distress or harm to anyone including other user members, Carvan Trips' staff, service providers etc; in which case we/ service providers reserve the right to ask you to immediately leave, or in certain circumstances, hand you over to the appropriate authorities, in which case the financial liability would be of the user.
• If for any reason the user wishes to abruptly end the trip before its scheduled completion, or is unable to participate due to being unfit, we will not be responsible to provide any return support or any refund, and the financial liability for making any alternate arrangements would be of the user.
• The user is responsible to follow the instructions of the leader/ service provider and the user has to bear all the expenses which may arise in case for medical exigency or any emergency condition.
• Cuts, bruises and minor injuries are normal for an adventure activity. First aid kit is available with the coordinator and the coordinators are trained to respond in such situations. Although Carvan trips takes all the reasonable steps to provide basic safety required for the particular activity, the ultimate responsibility of your life & safety is your own.
• During the trip, the trip leader's decision will be final decision, whatsoever.
• Carvan trips hold the rights to change / modify the itinerary or even cancel the activity in case of any unexpected change in weather or other unpredicted situations occur that are beyond our control. In such a scenario, we will try our best and make alternate arrangements (subject to availability). However, Carvan trips will not be liable for any refunds or costs such as travel or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances.
• All activities are described as accurately as possible; however, the exact arrangements may differ slightly on any given day. Photographs are used for representation purpose and should be taken as a guide only.
• The itinerary is indicative only. A circumstantial delay can be expected on the day.
• It is mandatory to disclose any personal medical conditions so that prior arrangements can be made. Carvan trips do not hold any responsibility for any medical emergency during the trip.
• You understand that jumping into any unknown water body or going away from the group/campsite can be hazardous to life and we won't take any responsibility for any such individual actions.
• If participants are found violating the rules, Carvan trips reserve all the rights to remove the participant from the group. In such situation, no refund shall be provided.
