Itinerary
Day 1
05:00 pm: Reach Campsite by your own travel (bike/car)
05:30 pm: Evening snacks and hot tea will be served once you freshen-up. One has to carry bags and belongings to the tents pitched at the campground. Once you settled down, take a stroll around and enjoy nature. one can just relax & unwind.
After the sunset, one can feel the cold breeze that lurks in from the Valley below. And that’s the best time for campfire & ghost stories.
07:00 pm: Let the gig begin - Performance by “On the Rocks” ft. Roshan Daniel ( Vocalist, The Ugly Old Men), Varun Varier on Drums, Adithya Menon on Keys. We bet you people are gonna have a whale of a time!
08:30 pm: Delicious Buffet dinner (Veg/Non-Veg) will be ready at the dining area.
Guess what the BBQ is UNLIMITED! Dig in till you are stuffed.
Meanwhile, enjoy the music & dance around
10:00 Dinner counter will be closed
Now it’s time for you to showcase your talents as a singer and dancer.
11:00: Silence sets in and it will be too cold that one will find comfort around the campfire or hug your loved ones instead.
12:00: Fireworks to note a beautiful year ahead.
Day 2
06:30 am Hangover wakeup call
NB: Those who opt for an Awesome Sunrise trek will be woken up by 5:30 and will be taking a jeep to the Famous Kolukkumalai Sunrise point (40 Minutes Ride) ( Comes at addition cost payable at the campsite.
07:00 am: Sunrise View from the campsite
08:00 am: Morning Tea is must if it’s a chilled morning
09:00 am: Hot Traditional Kerala breakfast will be waiting for you
10:00 am: Bye. With a surprise goodie bag from campper and With a load of memories and pictures of one awesome new year’s eve and a promise to be back next year at a totally different location.

Those who are not used to cold nights carry personal extra blankets. (We will be providing bedding, cushion & 1 pull over as part of the package)
Please carry id proof eg. Pan card, driving license

Do not carry valuables or items like jewellery, laptops or any other things.
Management & Campsite is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage to your belongings.
Do not smoke or light any items inside the tent as it may cause fire in the tent.
Please Remove your footwear outside the tent and keep tent neat & tidy.
Weapons or any inflammable things are not allowed on the premises or in the tent.
If any damages are caused to the campsite, tent or bedding, camper/ guest will be responsible for the damage and will have to pay the charges for the same.
All guests must follow the camping rules.

- Yes we have a total of 8 Bathrooms & Changing areas in the campsite
What is the age group criterion?
- Any age group can join the event as the campsite is fully safe.
What is unlimited BBQ
- Unlimited chicken BBQ will be served through the event till dinner desk is closed.
What if I am a vegetarian
-We are providing Veg BBQ & Veg Buffet for dinner as well.
How will be the stay facility?
- Stay will be in Tent (sharing of 3-4 basis) along with bedding, blanket and pillow.
