Eligibility criteria
1. You need to a salaried employee or a self employed person or at least you need to have a regular source of income.

2. Your age must be 21 or more than that if you want to apply for the card. The maximum age till which you can apply the card is 60. Though this age limit is for the online application of card.

3. The age limit for offline application of card is 23 to 65.
