4. The Odyssey Retreat Resort Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy at this resort may vary depending on the specific booking terms and conditions.

• If you need to cancel, you must do so three days before the visit, outing, or event date to be eligible for the 50% refund; otherwise, there won’t be one.
• If you cancel more than three days before the visit, outing, or event, there won’t be any form of refund and there won’t be any accommodations for early or late arrivals.
• The guaranteed minimum number of people will be billed.
• The resort personnel and management have the right to stop any disorderly behavior by visitors who are upsetting other guests or causing a nuisance. If the behavior becomes out of hand, guests may be requested to leave the property without receiving a refund of any fees.
• The Odyssey Retreat will not tolerate illegal activity anywhere on the site, and the management and employees will work with the police to bring anyone breaking the law to justice (even by testifying in court).
• Children under 5 years old are free, children between 5 to 10 years old are charged 60% of the package price, and those aged 10 years and beyond are charged the entire amount.
• Children under the age of 12 may camp Children are not permitted, advised, or suggested; if occupied, full fees will apply.
• The Odyssey Retreat will not suggest any adventure activities for children under the age of five; children aged five and older can only engage at the risk of their parents or guardians.
