How to pay water bill offline.

• Go to your area bill paying office and give your connection details to get your bill amount.
• To pay the water bill in person, go to the local board office.
• Give your water bill to the respective board with the amount.
• The process to pay.
• You will be given a receipt post payment
• Keep the bill safe for the record.

Pay the water bill online.

• Go to the official website.
• Select your ULB from the options and fill in the required details.
• Click “Search”.
• Your details with respect to the customer id you entered.
• Please check the details and proceed with online payment.
• Save the bill for the record.

Pay through CSC.

• Go to the CSC center to pay the bill.
• Visit the respective center to pay the Madhya Pradesh water bill.
• Submit the water bill with the money.
• You will be provided with a receipt.
• Save it for future use.

Pay through Bill Desk.

• Use the link to access the BillDesk page
• Select the “Indore Municipal Corporation – Water” option against “Water”.
• Choose the bank from the drop-down list.
• Click “Submit”.
• You will be taken to the payment gateway.
• Post payment you will be given a bill as payment proof.
