This summer, fight the heat with these 3 easy to prepare drinks that you can carry with you all day or enjoy while relaxing at home.

#1 Lemon Refresher

Lemon Refresher

1 Lemon (sliced into 6 pieces)

4-6 Mint Leaves

1 L Water

Put the slices of lemon in a bowl (don’t squeeze the juice).

Wash the mint leaves and add them to the bowl.

Pour a litre of cold water on it.

Additional Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Sugar/Honey

1 Tsp Black Salt

#2 Iced Tea

Iced Tea

1 tsp Tea Leaves

2 Tbsp Sugar

A flask Full of Ice

750 mL water

Heat the water and sugar in a pan and bring it up to a boil.

Add the tea leaves.

As soon as the colour turns golden, take the pan off the heat and pass it through a sieve.

Pour the filtrate (the tea) into the flask with ice.

Additional Ingredients:

1tsp Lemon Juice

#3 Strawberry-Lemon Soda

Strawberry-Lemon Soda

200 mL Strawberry Juice

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

750 mL Tonic Water

12-15 Ice Cubes

Crush the ice using a Towel and put the crushed ice in a flask.

Mix the Strawberry and Lemon Juices.

Pour the mix over the ice in the flask and Shake well.

Fill the flask with tonic water. Shake lightly.

Additional Ingredients:

3-4 Mint Leaves
