Mixed Fruity Custard

Fruit custard

@ Junita Pradhan

Had a boring day today so looked out for some sweet dish to dig on it. So decided to prepare fruit custard. Here’s the recipe for it.

Milk Sugar and Custard powder

Custard is a variety of culinary preparations based on a cooked mixture of milk or cream and egg yolk. Depending on how much egg or thickener is used, custard may vary in consistency from a thin pouring sauce (crème anglaise) to a thick pastry cream
Custard preparation.

For the custard you need to get custard powder, sugar and milk.First, warm the milk with sugar as desired and take about a half cup of milk which is warm and add about two tablespoon of custard powder. Blend it well and add this mixture into the milk container and bring it to boil. The amount of milk generally taken is 400 ml. You need to stir continuously so that the custard doesn’t stick to the container.Boil for 5-6 minutes and the custard is ready.

Fruit Ninja

Fruit curd is a dessert spread and topping usually made with citrus fruit, such as lemon,[1] lime,[2] orange[3] or tangerine.[4] Other flavor variations include passion fruit,[5] mango,[6] and berries such as raspberries,[7] cranberries or blackberries.[8] The basic ingredients are beaten egg yolks, sugar, fruit juice and zest which are gently cooked together until thick and then allowed to cool, forming a soft, smooth, intensely flavored spread. Some recipes also include egg whites and/or butter
