“Teamwork is an important buzzword in schools, universities and at offices today. We are slowly moving away from individual projects to team-based projects in an attempt to boost growth and innovation. An individual has his set of strengths and weaknesses, but when a group of individuals come together, they are able to eliminate their weaknesses and enhance their strengths. This is the power of teamwork.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0By combining the strengths of team members, new heights of success can be reached. When people work together, they don\u2019t think about their individual gains; they think about the welfare of the group. “<\/strong><\/p>\n

Economania 2017<\/strong> is the National Annual Economics Festival<\/strong> of Daulat Ram College<\/strong> championed by \u00c9clat<\/strong>, the Economics Society, Daulat Ram College. Economania 2017<\/strong> eyes to serve as a melting pot for students to come together and deliberate over the most pertinent national and global economic issues, and aims to magnify the capacity of the present generation to successfully overcome obstacles undermining myriad economic spheres. The theme of the festival \u2018Exceptional and Unconventional\u2019<\/strong> speaks of the festival\u2019s goal of exposing every participant to the best of his or her capabilities and exploring the ordinary world of Economics<\/strong> through fun filled events.<\/p>\n

1.) Tell us about the background of your society and how different it is from other student societies out there?<\/h3>\n

Ans. Eclat – the Economics society of DRC<\/strong> emboldens the students to work on diverse platform for individual augmentation. The teacher\u2019s engagement in each activity makes our society stand out from the rest.<\/p>\n

2.)\u00a0 What is the structure of your society?<\/h3>\n

Ans<\/strong>. The society comprises of President (Sejal Babbar), VP (Naina Gupta) , General secretary (Nanditha Harimohan), Treasurer (Nikita Malik).<\/strong><\/p>\n
