The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management<\/strong> (NMIMS\u2019s) Balwant Sheth School of Architecture<\/strong> (BSSA) focuses on various modes of architectural education, research and practice. It emphasizes on the ever changing ethos, behavioral sciences, tools and techniques, and assimilates all in contemporary design expression.<\/p>\n

Admission Criteria Process<\/h2>\n

Under the system of centralized admissions all registration is handled by the SVKM\u2019S NMIMS Deemed to be University ( as per UGC Norms). The detailed information is available on the website: http:\/\/architecture.nmims.edu<\/a><\/p>\n

The students are admitted on the basis of the results of their Grade Twelve Examination and the NATA score conducted by the Council of Architecture.<\/strong><\/p>\n

NMIMS Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (BSSA) can admit 40 students<\/strong> to this course for the first semester as approved by the Council of Architecture. Fees will be indicated at the time of admission.<\/p>\n

BSSA Admission 2017: Eligibility Criteria<\/h2>\n

For B. Arch., the candidate must have passed 10+2 exam \/ any other equivalent exam \/ IB Diploma on a regular basis, in first attempt with English and Maths as compulsory subjects obtaining minimum 50% aggregate<\/strong>. Those awaiting their 10+2 exam result may also apply. Candidates are also required to appear and pass the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by COA, scoring minimum of 80 marks out of 200.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Degree<\/h2>\n

Balwant Sheth School of Architecture would award a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)<\/strong>, under the five years degree program of NMIMS University.<\/strong> This degree program is recognized by the Council of Architecture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
