Sanabi - Collector's Edition(DVD Manipuri)

Sanabi is a beautiful and emotional story of an exquisite dancer, a cunning thief who loves her and a beautiful Manipuri horse that loves to run wild. The story kicks off when Sakhi, the divorced dancer who is with the state academy comes back home to see her father, Ojha Birchandra who is the owner of the beautiful grey mare Sanabi. Mangi is the thief who also happens to be Sakhi’s childhood friend. She initially ignores him despite his persistence. During the course of the film, Sakhi performs in many shows across the state. Mangi who wishes to attract Sakhi’s attention steals Sanabi in order to give it to her and gain her affections. The film stars Devan, Dhiren, Kiranmala and J. Sushila in the lead roles. Sanabi – Collector’s Edition has been directed by Aribam Syam Sharma and is produced by the National Film Development Corporation. Bonus Feature Audio/Video Digitally Restored.
